Portfolio

This is a collection of some of my student work starting from 2009 to now. I have several different categories of work that range from business cards & posters to full on identity systems. I hope you'll check it out; feel free to contact me with any questions!

Package Design:

Fire and Ice Wine Labels
They are a matching pair of wines meant to be sold together. "Fire" is a red wine Zinfandel and "Ice" is a white wine Merlot. Both illustrations on the labels were created by me for the project.

Richmond Blueberry Festival Shopping Bags
I created two types of bags to use at the festival and to also advertise for the festival.  They are fun and exciting there color stands out. The smaller bag is unique because it only uses one color in the entire design.

Bonsai Lounge Take-out Containers
I created a fictional chinese restaurant for this project and named it "Bonsai Lounge." The logo is a simple silhouette of a Bonsai tree and is styled in the same way the containers are. All of the containers were given simple shapes so that customers could quickly identify the contents of the box just by looking at the illustrations.

Individual Projects:

Girl Scouts Poster
The Main objective of this project was to attract people to join Girl Scouts of America. The information is displayed in a way that draws viewers to look further into the piece. Each petal on the daisy represents a ranking in Girl Scouts.

Alcatraz Poster Advertisement
The concept behind this poster was to attract tourists to come and experience the mysteries behind Alcatraz Island themselves. The breakdown of this piece started with just a plain white t-shirt and and a sewn on blank white badge. All of the type and black stripes were added to the piece later on after photographing it.

Dow Chemical Crop Protection Poster
This poster was created advertise Dow Chemical's crop protection products. It was created in the style of Eugene Grasset's "Salons des Cent," by using thick outlines with thing decorative details inside.

Individual Projects:

From Top-Bottom: "Cheeky Gourmet Chocolate" The burst symbolizes the explosive taste of eating something sweet, especially rich chocolate! "Westminster Townhomes" Westminster is a fictional company that sells high-end town homes. Sleek Angles with heavy lines convey a chic and classic feeling and incorporating the "W" into the roof of the homes creates a memorable logo. "Parallel Electric" Parallel horizontal lines mimic the name along with a swoosh in the middle that symbolizes the movement of electricity.
